Dear Residents,
The Condominium Corporation has arranged to have all the non-accessible exterior
windows for the building cleaned on July 5, 6 & 7, 2017 weather permitting.
The window cleaning company will commence cleaning at the back of the building first, this will take approximately 2 days. Please ensure that all windows are closed during this period for maximum cleaning results and window coverings are pulled down to ensure privacy.
Please also keep the screens for your windows & patio doors open, screens that are locked in place will prevent the cleaners from being able to clean the glass.
The window cleaners will not return to clean windows/patio glass if the screens are locked or windows are left open.
If the exterior window cleaning is delayed due to weather conditions, an updated notice will be posted in the building for residents.
