The builder has agreed to replace the sprayed on fireproofing on the ceiling.
This work commences on November 22, 2010. All vehicles and stored belongings must be removed from the garage by 7:00 a.m. November 22, 2010. The work is schedule to last the week and possibly up to 10 days.
The Builder has offered to reimburse residents for alternate parking in the amount of $12.00 per day and $3.75 per night during the week and $7.50 per day on the weekend. Residents must show proof of payment and submit to Teron for reimbursement.
