Dear Resident:
On behalf of OCSCC 795, the property manager is writing to inform you of the upcoming inspection and cleaning of the plumbing stack along the side of the building with the 06 units scheduled for:
Wednesday November 6th 2013 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
And continuing on:
Thursday November 7th 2013 beginning at 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The water in the building will be shut down on both of these dates and during these
scheduled times.
Multi-Drain Inc. will only require access to the 06 units the day before the actual flushing to inspect and install cleanout access on the kitchen stack prior being flushed on November 7th.
Once the clean out access has been completed November 6th, Multi-Drain will return the following day to shut the water off in the building again, beginning at 8:00 a.m. to clean the entire 06 stack and inspect the line.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as this is a crucial maintenance requirement in order to ensure that the lines are clear and no blockage exists that could create problems or possible back-ups within the units.
