Dear Residents,
Please be advised that the condominium corporation has hired a contractor to conduct various repairs to damaged drywall and painting touch ups to the common hallways and lobby area commencing on November 29th 2013.
The contractors will post “Wet Paint” signage where they will be working, and repairs will start on the penthouse level, working down towards the lobby and main entrance.
Please take caution while these repairs are in progress and do not lean against any walls in the common areas, including the elevator doors and framing.
The repairs/painting should take approximately 1 week to complete. We thank you for your cooperation and patience.
