There is a lint filter in the ceiling above the dryer units that needs to be cleaned regularly. Keeping this filter clean is critical to the air quaility in your unit.
To access this filter it is necessary to push the ceiling tile above the dryer up and slide it forward, reavealing a metal box with a small knob. Pull down the knob and you will see a metal filter. The filter should be removed, cleaned and replaced at least once a month, or more often, depending on frquency of dryer use.
The hose connected to the back to the dryer, and the interior dryer, must be cleaned professionally once every year or two depending of the frequency of dryer use. This maintenance is the unit owner's responsibility.
