Interior Hallways Work & Inspections

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that Keller Engineering along with Multi-Maintenance contractors will be on site performing work with respect to the generator fuel line inspections on:

Wednesday May 3, 2017 between 8:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m.

The engineer and contractor will be cutting openings in the hallway drywall areas near the 04 units to locate sections of the fuel piping lines that run from the basement level up to the penthouse level. The purpose of this work is to view the areas of the piping in which there are connections to determine if these are welded as per TSSA requirements.

The work will involve the removal of sections of drywall on various hallway floors, once inspections have been completed arrangements will be made to repair these openings.
