Please be advised that Eclipse Enterprises Fire Protection and the Property Manager will be conducting the Annual Fire Safety Inspections on Friday January 29th, 2016.
The testing of the alarm systems will commence at 8:30 a.m. and continue throughout the day until 5:00 p.m. Please note that during this time, alarms will be ringing intermittently throughout the building.
Access will be required into ALL units to test and or replace each smoke detector/heat sensor during the scheduled time:
Between 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
If you cannot be home during this day we ask that you please provide a key to a trusted neighbour or the property manager for access if your unit lock has been changed and is no longer mastered to the buildings’ emergency access key.
The property manager will be on site during these inspections and will access units which have been mastered to the emergency building key. The fire inspection technicians will be escorted into each unit by the property manager.
Access is mandatory into each unit to perform testing in order to comply with Ontario Fire Code.
