All of the halogen bulbs in the common areas, including both garages have now been replaced with energy efficient LED bulbs.
This initiative will result in significantly reduced hydro costs and our investment will be recovered within six months.
In addition, the cost of cooling the common areas in the summer will be reduced as LED bulbs produce less heat.
Hydro is very expensive. Please remember to turn out the lights in the garbage, garden, locker and bicycle rooms when you leave.

Our new bike parking system is now in place.
We have moved from a system of bike storage to bike parking for those who use their bikes regularly. All spaces in the bike room and on the south wall of P1 are or will be assigned by application to the Board.
All bikes must be mounted on assigned racks and not left on the floor.
If you wish to apply for indoor bike parking, please contact the Property Manager.
The Board of Directors would like to remind parking unit owners as well as residents renting or using the parking unit that Section 3.3.1 of our declaration prohibits the use of a parking space for any purpose other than parking a motor vehicle and/or bicycle. Accordingly, storing personal property is your parking unit is prohibited at all times.
Please make alternative arrangements if you are storing any personal property within your parking unit in the P1 parking garage, including anything related to a vehicle.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Are you interested in helping to make our Condominium an even greater place to live?
There are many opportunities for you to get involved, such as:
The Gardening committee is responsible for recommending plans for the front and rooftop gardens to the Board.
The House committee is responsible for planning and presenting furniture and decor plans to the board for approval, then seeking out quality options for purchase.
The Communications committee ensures community news is circulated as regularly as possible. They also have helped organize the odd social event.
If you are interested in getting involved, we'd love to hear from you.
Also, if you are interested in joining the Board of Directors, at least one position opens up each year. Again, contact us if you'd like to learn more.
Please remember to be vigilant to help maintain the security of our Condominium.
In particular, please remember:
If you become concerned about a suspicious individual, please contact the property manager or the police, do not confront them yourself.
In order to avoid problems, it is important for everyone to remember these important points:
